Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and we will issue an Authorization for Return. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused. Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned. We will either issue a store credit or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. There will be a 15% restock fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.
We warrant all items for a period of 10 days. If you receive a defective item or the item is missing parts, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, we will file a UPS Insurance claim. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 10 days after contacting us.
Due to the nature of the items we sell, USPS Priority shipments are not insurable. We recommend UPS since the insurance costs are built into their shipping fees. UPS shipments are shipping fully insured against loss or damage. USPS Priority shipments are not insured.
